The San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association, more commonly
known as SPUR, has scheduled a corporate gathering for the tech and urban
sector on November 7, 2013, 6:00PM, at the SPUR Urban Center located at 654
Mission St., San Francisco, CA.
Admission is free for existing members of SPUR while all other
interested participants have to pay $10 each.
Co-sponsored by The Bold Italic, this gathering has invited Molly Turner
of Airbnb and Egon Terplan, both from SPUR, to share their valuable knowledge
and insights.
SPUR is inviting those who are planning on entering the urban realm, and
urban planners who are looking to shift to tech, to a discussion that aims to
look into ways that both the tech and urban sector can share their experiences
and expertise to one another.
This is also an avenue for the participants to be more informed of the
different challenges and issues that riddle each field.
