SF LGBT Discusses Current Housing Facts

The San Francisco Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (SF LGBT) is hosting a housing forum entitled “The Nuts to Bolts of Buying a Home” on November 16, 2013 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at the Community Center located at 1800 Market Street, San Francisco, CA.

Those who are interested in attending can expect to learn about the home buying process, what options are available for first time home buyers, and how to select the right mortgage according to the borrower’s needs and payment capacity. The different homeownership types and federal and city first time homebuyer assistance programs will also be discussed.

Because the housing market has faced a lot of changes over the years, and is constantly changing to date, it is important to keep updated with the latest trends on house selection and loans payment.

This workshop is approved by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing. Those who will be finishing this course will each be awarded with a certificate of homebuyer education.

Those who are looking to buy a new home will learn a lot from this very informative workshop.
