Asian Inc. will be hosting a First Time Homebuyers Workshop this October 20, 2013 from 12:00 noon
to 6:00 in the evening at 1167 Mission Street #4, San Francisco, CA, 94110.
In this seminar, participants will be learning how to buy a new
home, how much one can afford, what type of home to buy, how to finance a home,
and how to keep one’s home over time. Upon completion, students will be getting
a certificate in homebuyer education.
This event seeks to help people obtain a certificate of
First Time Homebuyer Education and be able to utilize San Francisco Mayor's
Office of Housing down payment assistance programs (DALP). All adult household
members who will be on the loan and title for all San Francisco Mayor's Office
of Housing administered homeownership program will have to attend six hours of
housing workshops and complete first time home buyer counseling requirements.
